She also has experience working for a California based tech start-up company where she learned that her heart belongs to building start-ups as it nurtured her desire to solve problems. She has advised companies ranging from SMEs to MNCs on corporate restructuring matters, M&A transactions and performed due diligence for clients during the preincorporation and post incorporation stage of company formation. She also provides pro-active and practical solutions to clients during every stage of business, from selection of the most suitable business model to regulatory compliance.
