Lovanshi is an Associate at TLP Advisors, where she supports a wide range of client mandates across emerging and traditional sectors. Her work spans the review and negotiation of complex technology and services contracts, corporate structuring, employment arrangements, and regulatory compliance particularly in relation to virtual assets and licensing frameworks. She also assists in reviewing business plans and operational structures submitted to government regulators and free zone authorities in the context of licensing applications, often involving novel or first-of-its-kind business models.
Lovanshi has been actively involved in advising clients on entity formation across various UAE jurisdictions, including DIFC, DMCC, and ADGM. Her interest in technology law stems from her academic focus on data protection and the protection of intellectual property in the digital space.
Before joining TLP, Lovanshi ran a small jewellery business an entrepreneurial experience that gave her valuable insight into the day-to-day challenges faced by founders and early-stage businesses. This background helps her approach client work with a practical, solution-oriented mindset, particularly when advising on operational structuring, vendor agreements, and early-stage compliance considerations.
Outside of work, Lovanshi enjoys working with air-dry and polymer clay and is known for her creative (and often overly ambitious) experiments in the kitchen.
