Shreyas is an Associate at TLP Advisors, where he advises crypto-native businesses on virtual asset regulation, licensing, and cross-border structuring. His practice includes regulatory analysis, commercial contracting, and policy drafting across multiple jurisdictions and asset classes. He regularly supports clients through licensing processes before regulators such as the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), helping them navigate evolving compliance frameworks with practical, product-aligned solutions.
Before joining TLP, Shreyas worked in-house at CoinSwitch, where he supported the launch of a variety of Web3 products, including derivatives, opinion trading, algorithmic strategies, and crypto gifting. He also led efforts on regulatory filings, such as the FIU-India registration, and played a key role in negotiating staking and exchange agreements. His contributions to industry engagement through the Bharat Web3 Association gave him a strong foundation in policy advocacy and ecosystem strategy.
Outside of law, Shreyas is an avid street and landscape photographer and enjoys long hikes in search of the perfect frame.
