He supports client mandates by conducting the first-level review of a wide range of commercial agreements, including platform terms, vendor and service contracts, and incentive arrangements. His role involves identifying key issues, preparing internal notes, and assisting in aligning documentation with applicable regulatory frameworks. In working closely with senior members of the team, he helps develop client-facing deliverables and internal guidance notes, gaining early exposure to the practical application of legal frameworks across jurisdictions. He is also involved in the firm’s internal knowledge-building efforts, particularly around digital services regulation, intermediary liability, and global policy trends in the tech sector.
Sumukh graduated from Jindal Global Law School, where he pursued coursework and projects at the intersection of law, policy, and innovation. His academic interests include digital governance, platform accountability, and data rights. Outside of work, Sumukh enjoys running, playing chess, cooking, exploring new music, and following the NBA.
